fireplace; a surround-sound system with a 43" Plasma screen
and extensive DVD collection; plus a variety of complimentary wine,
beverages & nibbles. (Note: In keeping with our retreat atmosphere,
there is NO TV or Cable on-site.)

Two-course gourmet breakfast with
espresso coffees are served alfresco, in the Library, Lounge or
in your room. Selections include TDM's famous Eggs Benedict; French

When you stay with us, you will enjoy that "Top of the World" feeling. We are one of the highest accommodations (situated
at 335m or 1,099ft) "Just North of Auckland" and located
on the sunny northern side of Pakiri Ridge.
From our panoramic view, we look over the vast blue Pacific Ocean;
the Hen and Chicken Islands; nine-miles of Pakiri Beach white sands;
along with an unspoiled and rural vista of Pakiri Valley and beyond
to Whangarei Heads.
